By using the Healingwound Association website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

This website is provided to share our mission and make it easy to volunteer, donate, and get in touch. You agree to use it lawfully and not to misuse our forms, attempt to access restricted areas, or disrupt the service.

Donations are voluntary and are used to advance our charitable programs. Where a gift is tied to a specific program, we apply it to that program or, if that is not possible, to the area of greatest need. We will acknowledge gifts and keep proper records as a registered NPO (21/2017/0967).

The text, logos, and images on this site belong to Healingwound Association or are used with permission, and may not be reused without our consent. Stories and images involving the people we serve are shared respectfully and with consent.

The site is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep information accurate and the service available, but we cannot guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the site.

Our site may link to other websites (such as social media or payment providers). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Namibia.
